May 11th, 1899


Patient (male, 45) complains of stomach pains, disorientation, and dizziness.  Expressed some apparent paranoia regarding his wife.  Suggested a change of air and uninterrupted rest, as well as refraining from spirits for some weeks until improvement is shown.
