From the notes of Dr. M.O. Mordecai

January 7th, 1902


Patient (female, 28) appears to have declined substantially in mind and body.  Appears malnourished and suffers from exhaustion.  Skin is dull and hair is unkempt.  Suspected chlorosis, to be treated with iron salts.  If condition deteriorates with rest, reevaluate for institutionalization.
